As all our paintings are carefully handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for paintings delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.

In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please note the following:

1. Report within 48 hours: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID via email at kawaiibychitrabahar@gmail.com, Instagram (@kawaiiexclusives), or WhatsApp at +91 7976859326. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory: A clear, uninterrupted video of the complete unboxing process, starting from the unopened package, is mandatory for us to process any damage claim. Please also share clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. In the absence of an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.
3. Assessment of the damage: Once we receive the required details, our team will carefully assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
4. Return of the artwork: If the painting is required to be returned for inspection, it must be packed securely in its original packaging, wherever possible. The artwork must not have been used, altered, repaired, or further damaged after delivery.
5. Replacement or resolution: Once the returned painting is received and inspected by our quality team, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or another suitable solution, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of the artwork.
6. Made-to-order nature: As every painting is created specifically upon order, changes of mind, personal preference, colour variations due to screen displays, or minor handcrafted variations will not be considered grounds for return or exchange.
7. International orders: Returns or exchanges are generally not available for international orders. However, if an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will review the case and provide the best possible assistance.
8. Multiple artworks in one order: If multiple paintings are ordered, any damage claim will be assessed individually based on the specific artwork affected.

For international orders, standard shipping charges start at ₹3,500. As each of our paintings is carefully made to order and shipping costs may vary depending on the size, dimensions, destination, quantity, and any additional services required, our team will personally confirm the final shipping charges after your order details are reviewed.

While we aim to include applicable shipping-related charges wherever possible, customs duties and import taxes may apply in certain countries based on local regulations. In such cases, these charges are to be borne by the customer. Our team will provide complete assistance and guidance throughout the process.

4. When can I expect my painting to be delivered?

The creation time may vary depending on the artwork, size, detailing, and craftsmanship involved. Once your painting is completed and dispatched, delivery across India generally takes 4–6 working days.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 12–15 days after dispatch.
