Returns : 

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We do thorough quality check before dispatching the order. If at all, there are any damages spotted in the apparels then please note the following –

1. Please write to us on kawaiibychitrabahar@gmail.com or leave us a message on our Instagram (@kawaiiexclusives) or Whatsapp (+91 7976859326), along with your Order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We won’t be able to process an exchange request raised beyond the stipulated time.
2. A clear video of unpacking the order is a must along with a snapshot of the damage. In absence of the same, we will not be liable to exchange the product.
3. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange. 
4. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
5. Once the product is received by us and a quality check is done by our team, we will issue a Coupon or a Voucher of the value of the product or will ship a new product within 2 weeks of receiving back the product.
6. The Coupon/Voucher can be used within 1 month from the date of issuing the same.
7. Fall Pico charges and COD charges are non-refundable. 
8. Return/Exchange is not possible for international orders.
9. Please note that if multiple products are ordered, then only one product is liable for exchange.

1. Do you deliver all over India?
   Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post.
2. Do you ship internationally? 
   Yes, we do ship worldwide. 
3. Are there any shipping charges?
   We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders that are shipped in India.

Fees of Rs 200 is applicable if opting for COD services.

For international shipment, our shipping charges are standard – Rs 3500 for up to two sarees. For more products, we’ll personally reach out the customer and communicate the final shipping charges based on the total order and addons opted for as well as dimensions of your order.  Since shipping charges keep on varying, we try and offer best prices to our clients hence for additional charges we’ll create a separate payment link and share.

Though custom charges are included in the final shipping charges. However for some specific countries the norms are different in which case our team will inform you about the same and provide full assistance, custom charges to be born by customers.

1. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
   Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 4-6 working days anywhere across India. For International shipments, the order will be delivered within 12-15 days of dispatching.
   
   
2. How can I track the delivery of my order?
   Once your order is shipped out, our team will share the tracking id and link from our delivery partners which can be used them to track your order.
   

We would like to inform you that these are completely hand-crafted sarees and will have very very minute irregularities/stains, which proves the authenticity of the saree and it's original artwork.
From fabric to design, it is all human hardwork so no two sarees will be exactly alike.
Kindly request you to not consider it as a damaged saree, as we do thorough quality check before dispatch and want our customers to be happy on recieving their exclusive saree.
